But it was a Japanese New Year’s day tradition known as Fukubukuro where merchants bundle goods that stay unknown to buyers until purchased, which sparked Apple’s demand for this sleek Incase backpack. The packs contained discontinued Apple products worth well over the $350 each bag and its Apple goodies sold for at Japan Apple retail stores.
